Hey everyone ! This is BeeJay, I'm back again with a reaction ! Today, I will react again -it's been a while- to a live performance by Dimash Kudaibergen, the Kazakh opera singer with an amazing and unique voice.
And today, it's a live performed for the European Games which apparently exist since 2012, it's really recent.
Before, Europe was the only continent which didn't have a continental multi-sport event So, for the opening of the not Olympic, European Games of 2019, he sang this song written -or at least composed- by Igor Krutoy who is Kazakh/Russian, I don't know if he has the 2 nationalities...
At least, it's what I read when I've done some research.
This music has 2 titles: sometimes it is called Olimpico and sometimes it is called Ogni Pietra, which means "each stone" in Italian (if I understand well) It's all I know about, I react to Dimash because I really like what he does and it seems that you like that.
I'm an ignorant, a newbie when it comes to Dimash, I'm not here to teach you something, I am not a specialist at all.

It almost sounds like a tale, the melody waves...

First, of course, bravo to him, he did it with a great deal of finesse but also bravo to the compositor Igor Krutoy because I really loved the arrangement and the music it was symphonic and modern at the same time, with rhythm, with rock and really, I've already said it several times during the performance it really recounted me a story even if I absolutely don't know the lyrics' meaning Tell me in the comments, if you know what does it recounts.
